Pindah

Fakulti Kejuruteraan Pembuatan akan berpindah dari Kampus Industri ke beberapa bangunan tumpangan dari unit lain di Kampuk Induk, Durian Tunggal. Makmal di Fasa B sudah mula berpindah sejak awal minggu ni. Hari ni dijadualkan semua komputer staf akan dipindahkan oleh mover. Aduhai, lepas ni beberapa hari takde komputer ler. Kemudian barulah semua barang-barang lain i.e. kotak dan cabinet staf akan dipindahkan (19-21 Jun). Pindah time semester dah nak start (6 Julai) memanglah haru. Baru semalam dapat subjek apa nak kena ajar, so suppose dua minggu ni nak mengadap komputer prepare notes etc. Tapi terpaksa terganggu sekejap dgn operasi pindah ni. Office di bangunan baru pun tak tahu lagi macam mana rupanya. Dengar cerita masih ada scaffolding di sana sini. Ayoyoyo… Anyway, nervous + excited juga nak tukar angin ke kampus induk.

Dok kemas-kemas, terjumpa gambar-gambar lama. Gambar diambil oleh jurufoto UTeM untuk kegunaan poster/brochure/website etc. Kebetulan masa tu (some time in 2002 or 2003) aku tengah mengajar di lab. So glamer ler students aku bila muka memasing digunakan di bahan cetakan fakulti/universiti. Rugi sket jek sbb tak dapat royalti Layan…

Meniru dalam ujian PTK

Aku dapat tulisan di bawah ni daripada email. Elok aku kongsikan sekadar peringatan untuk diri aku sendiri dan kengkawan yang nak ambil ujian PTK. Anyway, hukum meniru bukanlah hanya tertumpu utk ujian PTK. Apa-apa sahaja bentuk ujian pun apply da…

Salam,

Apa pandangan ustaz lulus ujian PTK dan mendapat anjakan gaji dengan meniru semasa peperiksaan (PTK tersebut), bagaimana dengan kenaikan gaji (duit) yang diperolehinya?

 

Jawapan

Wa’alaikumussalam,

Saya kira, pembaca sekalian pun mampu memberi jawapannya. Cuma saya agak pelik jika perkara ini benar-benar berlaku, jika staf universiti pun meniru, sudah tentu student juga akan jadi kaki meniru.

Anak murid kaki meniru itu pula akan menjadi guru di masa hadapan dan juga meniru dalam PTK nya, maka kitaran orang meniru akan menjadi semakin panjang dan kualiti semakin kurang sehingga lahirlah penganggur dan pekerja yang tidak produktif, kaki bodek dan rasuah.

Dari sudut hukum, asasnya adalah :-

1) Meniru itu adalah menipu, dan menipu hukumnya haram. Sebuah hadis :-

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ  مَرَّ على صُبْرَةِ طَعَامٍ فَأَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فيها فَنَالَتْ أَصَابِعُهُ بَلَلًا فقال ما هذا يا صَاحِبَ الطَّعَامِ قال أَصَابَتْهُ السَّمَاءُ يا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قال أَفَلَا جَعَلْتَهُ فَوْقَ الطَّعَامِ كَيْ يَرَاهُ الناس من غَشَّ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي

Ertinya : “Pada suatu hari Rasulullah s.a.w. pernah melalui seorang laki-laki yang sedang menjual makanan (biji-bijian). Baginda sangat mengaguminya, kemudian memasukkan tangannya ke dalam tempat makanan itu, apabila dilihatnya makanan itu nampak basah, maka bertanyalah beliau: Apa yang dilakukan oleh pemilik makanan ini? Ia menjawab: Kena hujan. Kemudian Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda:  

  “Mengapa tidak kamu letakkan yang basah itu di atas, supaya orang lain mengetahuinya?! barangsiapa menipu , bukanlah (mereka) dari golongan kami (Islam)” (Riwayat Muslim, 1/99)

2) Pernah juga di riwayatkan bahawa :-

إن الله إذا حرم شيئا حرم ثمنه

Ertinya : Sesungguhnya Allah apabila telah mengharamkan sesuatu maka akan haram jugalah harga jualan (keuntungan yang terhasil dari yang haram) ( Ar-Rawdu Al-Murabba’, 2/30 ; Riwayat Ibn Hibban, 11/312 )

3) Nabi SAW juga pernah mencela orang Yahudi yang apabila diharamkan memakan daging babi dan lain-lain, mereka membuat helah dengan mengambil lemaknya dan dihiaskan lalu dijualnya. Apabila Nabi mendapat tahu lalu terus berkata :-

قَاتَلَ الله الْيَهُودَ حُرِّمَ عليهم الشَّحْمُ فَبَاعُوهُ وَأَكَلُوا ثَمَنَهُ

Ertinya : “Allah akan menghancurkan Yahudi yang mana mereka ini apabila Allah mengharamkan makan lemak (babi, bangkai dan lain-lain yang diharamkan), lalu mereka membuat helah dengan menjualnya serta menikmati hasil jualannya” ( Riwayat Al-Bukhari no 2111, 2/775 ; Muslim, Baihaqi )

Dari kedua-dua dalil di atas, jelas kepada kita hukum meniru dalam peperiksaan adalah haram bagi kerana ia adalah satu bentuk penipuan.

Dari hadis ketiga juga dapat difahami setiap hasil keuntungan duniawi yang terhasil dari yang haram, maka hukumnya adalah haram jua. Tatkala itu, kenaikan gaji pegawai tadi juga adalah dikira pendapatan yang haram.

Amat malang, penipuan yang memberi manfaat dunia seperti ini cukup digemari oleh ramai orang, tanpa mereka sedari kehidupan akhirat mereka dalam bahaya apabila kehidupan harian mereka dikelilingi oleh duit kenaikan gaji dan untung haram tanpa mereka sedari.

Dosa ini ibarat ‘time bomb’ yang amat menderitakan di alam barzakh, ibarat ‘time bomb’  yang akan meletup sejurus seorang itu disapa kematian. Mati dalam keadaan sebegini, adalah mati dengan penuh dosa disebabkan hartanya.

Tindakan

Tindakan ‘ u turn’ bagi mereka yang telah terlanjur begini adalah dengan segera bertaubat, melupuskan harta yang haram secara ansuran, memperbanyakkan sedeqah dan juga meningkatkan kualiti diri sesuai dengan nilai ‘PTK tipu’ yang diperolehinya.

Itu sahaja yang sempat saya fikirkan sebagai jalan keluar di ketika ini. Moga orang yang terjebak akan beroleh keampunan Allah SWT.

Ke Kubur Juga Akhirnya

Kekayaan, pangkat dan kebesaran yang dikecapi adalah sementara sahaja, amat jarang kenikmatan sementara ini mampu dikecapi melebihi 60 tahun. Justeru, mengapakah kita masih lagi terlalu ghairah untuk mengumpulkannya tanpa mengira haramnya?. Malangnya diri yang terlupa kematiannya penamat segala kenikmatan dunia.  Justeru carilah harta dari yang HALAL sahaja.

Nabi SAW bersabda :-

أكثروا ذكر هاذم اللذات الموت

Ertinya : “Perbanyakkanlah ingatan kepada pemutus segala nikmat (dunia) iaitu MAUT” ( At-Tirmidzi, 4/553 ; Ibn Hibban, 7/259 ; Imam Tirmidzi : Hadith Hasan Ghorib)

Shariff Madon’s Family Day 2009

Bravo bravo utk famili2 JB yg berjaya organize SMFD 09. Org personally rasa it was a great success!!! (sampai ada AJK yg masuk spital tuh… punyalah kerja keras)

Utk pengetahuan kengkawan, arwah Shariff Madon ialah yayi saya i.e. atok lelaki saya dan ayah kpd mak. SMFD ni telah mula-mula diadakan di PD. Kalau tak silap masa tu tahun 2001 (kot… mmm nnti kiter check blk). Sejak dr itu, hari keluarga ini diadakan setiap tahun dan ahlinya pun semakin bertambah setiap tahun Adik beradik mak ada 11 org. Setiap tu ada spouse dan anak-anak. Then the anak-anak (sepupu2 aku) pun dah ramai juga yg telah berumahtangga. Kebanyakan pun dah ada anak-anak. Aku lupa nak check dgn AJK berapa total ahli terkini (will update later).

Seperti tahun-tahun sblmnya, hari keluarga 09 dimulakan dengan Majlis Tahlil utk arwah yayi dan nenek, serta saudara-mara yg telah tiada.  mr&mrshenri sampai lambat mlm tahlil tu sbb ptg Jumaat tu kami tak dapat escape awal dr office. Memasing ada kerja sampai pkl 6ptg. Kitorang sampai jek rumah Mak Su (kakak mak yg sulong, di JB), dah makan time. Nasib baik belum missed briefing utk aktiviti-aktiviti selanjutnya.

Bila sibuk nak mkn, mrhenri malas ler nak kuarkan EOS. So camera hp epal ni jeklah yg aku guna utk menembak gambar-gambar pada mlm itu. Pepaham jeklah akan kualitinya yg x berapa baik. Layan…

patutlah udang cepat abis... kat pinggan korang semuanya...

aik... ramainya peminat ayah, sampai nak amik lauk pun kena kerumun...

iye iye koya jek buat sudoku. last-last cik sal tiru cik nah, cik nah tiru cik sal. anyway, A++++ for the effort. tiru pun usaha gak tuh

cik sal dgn semangatnya jadi first contestant yg hantor. dah submit baru perasan syaratnya kena tulis pakai dakwat. nasib baik pengadil lenient kasik resubmit huhuhu

baby with family day banner. mak sham blocking la plk. belakang banner tu kancil hijau kereta pertama yg aku beli dgn duit simpanan aku, beberapa hari sblm lapor diri ke HQ UPS di PJ sbg Industrial Engineeer. keta ni aku dah pass kat adik2, then adik3, then adik5, then ayah nak simpan lak utk adik7. perghhhhh berjasa butul itu kancil.

Malam tu gasak berborak-borak tentang 4Life dengan mak su (ramai sedara-mara aku ahli 4Life dan hampir semua pengguna 4Life TF). Saje tukar-tukar pengalaman ttg keberkesanan produk tu dan dunia bisnesnya. Pastu, bila dah ngantuk… kitorang bersurai. Esoknya ada sukan. So balik tido (although kat rumah aku adik2 aku semua tido sejam dua jek dek kerana menguruskan hadiah etc). aku pun join sekaki jadi tukang tengok jek. aku bukan ajk sbb aku masuk kariah melaka, bkn JB. ntah pkl berapa, aku surrender dan zzzz… bebudak tu dkt nak pagi baru nak tido kot. till then… nanti sambung lagi citer ttg tressure hunt, sukan, poco-poco, joget itik gembo-gembo, makan telur mentah etc… ciao…
